- Must have hands-on experience of 4+ years as a Salesforce Developer in Classic or Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Understand customizations done in Classic and evaluate their necessity in Lightning.
- Ability to migrate custom components to Lightning Web Components .
- Strong knowledge of Angular framework and Java .
- Experience using code analysis tools to assess custom code efficiency.
- Design solutions based on configuration principles and leverage Out-of-Box (OOB) features for scalability.
- Use Lightning Flows to automate processing needs.
