Role : Salesforce Developer

Location : Pan India(Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi NCR)

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

The Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Technical Developer is responsible for implementing and customizing Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations while ensuring best practices and scalability. Additionally, the developer will leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot AI tools to automate documentation, improve collaboration, and enhance productivity across the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):

Development & Customization

• Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
• Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and custom triggers.

Integration

• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between Salesforce and third-party applications.

Performance & Security

• Optimize application performance and implement best practices for scalability.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other security standards.

Productivity & Collaboration

• Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot AI tools for:
• Automating technical documentation and generating architecture diagrams.
• Summarizing meetings and creating action items in Microsoft Teams.
• Streamlining project tracking and reporting in SharePoint and Planner.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect-free delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business analysts and solution architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

Salesforce Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Integration

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Understanding of API-driven architecture and microservices.

AI & Productivity Tools

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot for workflow automation and collaboration.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Experience required:

5 years in Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in Sales & Service Cloud projects .

Proven experience in customizations and integrations .

Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and declarative automation tools .

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Exposure to AI-driven productivity tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot.
