We are looking for a technically skilled Salesforce Developer to join our existing product team, focused on delivering Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Developer at SmartIMS, you will play a critical role in enhancing our services and meeting the needs of our end customers.

Role Overview

You will be part of a dedicated long-term technical product team responsible for creating new functionalities, enhancing existing ones, and ensuring the stability of deliverables for future operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and LWC based on specific business requirements
• Create custom user interfaces including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
• Develop integrations with third-party systems

Technical Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Salesforce Services and Salesforce Marketing
• Expertise in APEX (classes and triggers), LWC, and system integrations
• Salesforce administration skills are a plus

Integration Skills

• Hands-on experience with integrating systems using Salesforce APIs

Best Practices

• Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development
• Manage release cycles for implementing and deploying new updates to existing applications and code

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service products with at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business stakeholders and other Salesforce team members
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proactive attitude towards Salesforce enhancements and adherence to best practices
• Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications
• Experience working with large data sets

Tools Knowledge

• User-level knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence & JIRA)
• Knowledge of Splunk, Kibana, and Dynatrace is a plus

Certifications

• Any additional Salesforce certifications will be highly valued and advantageous

Prior Experience

• At least 3 years (preferably 5 years) of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience with the relevant technologies
