We are looking for a Salesforce Developers to join a fast-growing, tech-driven company operating in the food delivery / on-demand services ecosystem.

You will work on high-scale Salesforce implementations supporting order management, customer experience, logistics, partners, and integrations with external systems.

This role requires hands-on Salesforce development experience in high-volume, transaction-heavy environments such as food delivery, e-commerce, logistics, ride-hailing, or marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations
• Build scalable solutions to support orders, customers, couriers/drivers, merchants, and operations teams
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (order management, payment gateways, delivery platforms, ERP, APIs)
• Optimize performance for high data volume and real-time operations
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Operations, and Engineering teams
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, testing, and release cycles
• Ensure security, data integrity, and best practices across Salesforce orgs

Required Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex, Triggers
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows & Automation
• REST / API integrations
• Experience working on high-traffic, transaction-based platforms
• Solid understanding of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Experience with Agile / Scrum environments
• Fluent English
• Experience working in Food Delivery, On-Demand Services, Logistics, E-commerce, or Marketplaces
• Salesforce certifications (PD I, App Builder, Admin)

Highly Preferred

• Experience on projects involving:

Orders & fulfillment

Delivery / dispatch workflows

Customer support at scale

Merchant or partner portals

• Exposure to real-time data, integrations, and large data volumes

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD, Git
• Experience with mobile-related or real-time systems
