About this role

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to build, enhance, and maintain our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for our users and clients.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
• Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, including Cobalt's iPaaS platform.
• Customize and configure Salesforce features (e.g., workflows, process builders, validation rules, objects, and fields) to meet business needs.
• Handle data migration & data integrity across Salesforce environments.
• Work with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, providing technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate Salesforce processes, improving platform performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for development work, processes, and integrations.

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Hands-on experience building and publishing applications on Salesforce AppExchange(2GP) .
• Strong understanding of managed packages, namespaces, versioning, and upgrade paths .
• Experience working through Salesforce Security Reviews , including resolving common blockers (CRUD/FLS, auth, permissions, secrets management).
• Familiarity with ISV Partner Program processes and AppExchange listing requirements.
• Proven ability to design secure, review-compliant architectures for Salesforce-based products.
• Experience working with multiple customer orgs and adapting solutions to varying Salesforce editions and constraints.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL on Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and API tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Other Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator or Architect, are a plus.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Is a team-first leader who can collaborate across engineering, product, and GTM
