Job Title : Salesforce Administrator

Job Location : Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1) - Work from Office

Experience : 4+ Years

Shift Time : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer cum Administrator with strong experience in Apex development , API creation , and third-party integrations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support business processes, improve system performance, and enable seamless data integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Jobs , and Test Classes (80%+ coverage).
• Build and optimize REST/SOAP APIs for internal and external system integrations.
• Develop custom integrations with third-party applications using Named Credentials, OAuth, JWT, External Services, and API frameworks.
• Create and enhance Lightning components (LWC/Aura) when required.
• Implement integration patterns such as Request-Reply, Fire-and-Forget, Platform Events , and Middleware-based integrations .

Salesforce Administration

• Configure and manage Users, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules , and security settings.
• Build automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Email Alerts, Approval Processes , and other declarative tools.
• Maintain and customize Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types , and App Builder pages.
• Perform regular system audits and maintain data cleanliness and security.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.

Qualifications :

• 49 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator .
• Strong proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL , and asynchronous processing.
• Proven experience in API development and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model and declarative tools.
• Experience with REST API, SOAP API, Web Services , and authentication frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Salesforce Developer (PD1/PD2) or Administrator (ADM 201) certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skill s:

• Experience with Integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Workato, etc.).
• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies .
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
