Salesforce Full-Stack Developer (SFDC + SFMC + SFCC + Data Cloud)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Full-Stack Developer with expertise across Salesforce Data Cloud (SFDC), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) . The role requires strong technical development skills, cross-cloud integration knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce Core Development (Apex, LWC, APIs) , Marketing Cloud campaigns & personalization , Commerce Cloud storefront development , and Data Cloud integrations to deliver seamless, personalized customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Core Development (SFDC)

• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow .
• Configure custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations (ERP, CMS, Payment Gateways).
• Implement batch processes, triggers, and schedulers for business automation.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

• Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push).
• Use Journey Builder and Automation Studio for lifecycle management and recurring jobs.
• Create personalized campaigns with AMPscript, SSJS, Dynamic Content, and SQL queries .
• Manage audience segmentation using Data Designer, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
• Integrate SFMC with Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud .
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy laws .
• Monitor deliverability, IP reputation, bounce rates, and inbox placement.

3. Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

• Develop, customize, and optimize storefronts using SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) .
• Configure Business Manager for catalogs, products, pricing, promotions, and content slots.
• Build custom cartridges and integrate with OMS, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Work with OCAPI/SCAPI APIs for storefront and external integrations.
• Optimize site performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness .
• Implement Einstein AI features (recommendations, predictive sort, personalization).

4. Data Cloud & Cross-Cloud Integrations

• Connect Data Cloud to unify customer data from multiple touchpoints.
• Build real-time audience segments for activation in SFMC and SFCC .
• Ensure smooth data pipelines with MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, or custom APIs .
• Conduct data cleansing, deduplication, and transformation .
• Enable Einstein AI insights for personalization and predictive analytics.

5. CI/CD, Testing & Deployment

• Write unit tests with >85% code coverage .
• Manage sandbox-to-production deployments using DevOps tools and change management best practices.
• Contribute to test automation frameworks for regression and UAT cycles.

6. Collaboration, Documentation & Innovation

• Work closely with product managers, analysts, designers, and marketing teams .
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and data dictionaries .
• Train internal teams on Salesforce features and best practices.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and AI/Einstein enhancements .
• Proactively suggest improvements to increase efficiency, personalization, and ROI.
