Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Timings: 9am 6pm ist

Job Type: Full Time / Contractor

Work Mode: Work from Office (@ Client Location, Whitefield, Bangalore)

Primary Skills : well versed with Salesforce Development, Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Lightning, deploying Salesforce solutions utilizing Agentforce

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and custom applications.

The role involves hands-on development, integrations with enterprise systems, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

The candidate will play a key role in Salesforce customization, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Salesforce Development

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL

Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura

Knowledge of Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Schedulers

Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes

Salesforce Clouds

Hands-on experience with:

oSales Cloud

oService Cloud

oExperience Cloud (Community) nice to have

Integrations

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using:

oREST / SOAP APIs

oWeb Services

oMiddleware tools (MuleSoft)

Data migration using Data Loader, ETL tools

Security & Data

Strong understanding of:

oSalesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)

oSharing Rules & Data Visibility

Experience in data modelling and large data volumes

DevOps & Tools

Experience with Salesforce DX

Version control using Git

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset nice to have)

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning

Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements

Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems

Develop reusable components and scalable architecture

Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployments

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability

Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, and architects

Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently in a remote/distributed team

Proactive attitude with ownership and accountability
