Salesforce Developer Lead

About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing case management solutions, assisting the customer integration team to achieve seamless integrations, and helping with the merging of the location object into the account object. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and the Salesforce platform is essential.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and REST APIs.
• Architect scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex.
• Strong experience with Salesforce REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of Experience Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience in solution design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and version control systems like Git
