Role Description

Were seeking Salesforce Developers to join our team full-time. In this role, youll be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Salesforce solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with client requirements.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, and other developers to build end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Location : Work from Office (Kolkata based).

Experience Level : 5-8 years

Type : Full-Time (Please dont apply if you are looking for a part time role)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Lead development efforts across multiple Salesforce orgs and client projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
• Develop, test, and deploy components using Salesforce best practices.
• Handle configuration, customization, and integration across Salesforce products.
• Support data migration, deployment processes, and version control.
• Participate in agile development ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members when needed.

Qualifications What Were Looking For

• 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Developer Certification is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Framework (Aura and LWC).
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Batches, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, agile team environment.
