Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows .
• Build scalable automation while ensuring adherence to governor limits.
• Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud features, including custom objects, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain >90% test coverage with clean, modular code aligned to SOLID principles .
• Collaborate with architects and admins to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.
• Support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware ) and data migration projects.
• Participate in deployments and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations.

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow automation .
• Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge (objects, record types, validation rules, etc.).
• Proven experience handling large data volumes and performance optimization .
• Exposure to Agile delivery methods .

Certifications (Required)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

Certifications (Optional / Preferred)

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce App Builder
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I

Preferred

• Experience in high-volume environments and scalable automation design.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD in Salesforce.
