Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer with 48 years of hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring high performance, security, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce .
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build reusable, modular, and well-documented Salesforce components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
• Perform code reviews , unit testing, and system testing to maintain quality standards.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 68 years of proven experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL/SOSL , and Salesforce APIs.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits .
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
