Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex development , Flow automation , and third-party API integrations , ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and REST/SOAP services .
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows) for automation and process optimization.
• Build and manage third-party API integrations using REST/SOAP, middleware tools, or direct Salesforce connect methods.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and Lightning components.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Apex code, integrations, and automation flows for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, QA, Business) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and secure coding standards.
• Support deployments through version control, CI/CD pipelines, and sandbox testing.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Future, REST APIs) .
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, or middleware.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and Lightning framework.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), DevOps processes, and testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
