We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Omnistudio/Omniscript . This role focuses on designing and implementing FSC solutions tailored for financial institutions, while leveraging Omnistudio and Omniscript to build guided workflows and digital experiences. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, customercentric solutions..

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement FSC features such as householding, financial accounts, client data models, and industryspecific processes.
• Design and configure guided workflows using Omnistudio and Omniscript to enhance customer journeys.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within FSC.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate FSC with other Salesforce modules.
• Optimize workflows for usability, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for FSC and Omnistudio solutions.

Minimum Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Handson experience with Omnistudio and Omniscript.
• Salesforce configuration and customization skills.
• Understanding of financial services processes and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with Loyalty & Rewards module.
• Salesforce certifications in FSC or Omnistudio.
