Salesforce Developer

Craton Technologies is expanding its Salesforce engineering team and is looking for Salesforce Developers across multiple experience levels. This role focuses on building and enhancing enterprise-grade CRM solutions supporting Service Cloud, ServiceMax, Call Centre, and Field Service operations.

Role: Salesforce Developer (Senior)

Experience: 68+ years

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and development on the Salesforce platform
• Deliver complex Service Cloud and ServiceMax solutions
• Review code, enforce best practices, and improve performance
• Design and manage integrations and data flows
• Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, integrations, and Salesforce architecture
• Proven experience with Service Cloud and Field Service solutions
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs
