Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer II Gurgaon to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and CPQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
• Design, develop, and customize solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ including product configuration, pricing rules, approvals, and quote lifecycle management.
• Lead M&A Salesforce Org Migration initiatives including org consolidation, data migration, integration rationalization, and governance setup.
• Define scalable architecture and best practices for multi-org strategy and enterprise deployments.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior developers and review code to maintain high-quality standards.

Must Have Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud & Salesforce CPQ
• Advanced development experience in LWC, Apex, Visualforce
• Proven experience in M&A Org Migration / Org Consolidation Projects
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits

Good to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, CPQ Specialist, Architect)
• Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Copado, etc.)
