Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Salesforce Developer to join our growing Salesforce Group.

Our team builds robust, scalable, and intelligent solutions across the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. We are at the forefront of innovation, integrating the latest Salesforce AI tools including Einstein GPT, Prompt Builder, and predictive analytics to deliver intelligent, automated experiences for both internal teams and customers.

You'll work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, driving key business outcomes through smart architecture, clean code, and DevOps excellence.

Major Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
2. Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein GPT, AI Search, Next Best Action, and Prompt Builder to automate processes and enhance user experiences
3. Develop high-quality components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow
4. Integrate Salesforce with external platforms and services using REST/SOAP APIs
5. Collaborate with Admins, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
6. Implement and manage CI/CD processes using Copado, supporting version control, deployments, and automated testing
7. Support ongoing maintenance, debugging, and optimization of the Salesforce platform
8. Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance across solutions
9. Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives

Desired Background

Your Knowledge & Skills

1. At list 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments

2. Proven experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

3. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow Builder

4. Practical experience with Salesforce AI features (e.g., Einstein GPT, AI Search, Prompt Builder, prediction builder)

5. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model

6. Hands-on experience with Copado or similar CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins)

7. Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web development best practices

8. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs

9. Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, Metadata API, and deployment methodologies

10. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field

11. Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus

12. Agile mindset, problem-solver, and team player with excellent communication skills
