Job Title : Salesforce Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise in Service Cloud , Sales Cloud , and custom development using Apex, LWC, and Flows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows .
• Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code in adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution quality and performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
• Support implementation and maintenance of Agent force and other Salesforce modules.
• Manage deployment activities using tools such as Flosum or equivalent deployment tools.

Technical Skills:

Mandatory:

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flows
• Good understanding of development best practices, governance, and coding standards
• Experience in integration with external systems
• Working knowledge of deployment tools

Process / Domain Knowledge:

• Additional Salesforce domain expertise
