Job Title: Salesforce Developer/Lead/Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer/Lead/Architect to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, along with a good understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Components (LWC) , and Salesforce APIs .
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce best practices .
• Maintain documentation for technical designs and processes.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, process builder).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security model and data management.
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I/II) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , or Marketing Cloud .
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies .
