Deloitte Bangalore is hiring Salesforce Developer (8+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver robust, scalable, and integrated solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership in solution architecture, and hands-on development skills to support complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Drive the Salesforce technical roadmap , risk management, vendor evaluation, and system scalability planning.
• Build event-driven architectures using modern integration patterns for maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical designs.
• Solve complex problems and deliver effective, innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and source control workflows for reliable deployments.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.
• Deep knowledge of programming languages: Java, Kotlin, Python, Node.js, or JavaScript .
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI , CI/CD tooling (GitHub/Bitbucket), and monitoring tools (Splunk/Sumologic).
• Strong knowledge of APEX classes, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning UI components .
• Expertise in real-time and batch integrations using REST/Bulk APIs.
• Experience with Agile development environments , secure coding practices, and security implementations.
• Salesforce Certified Developer or Architect is mandatory .
• Experience in Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and AI highly desirable.
