Salesforce Developer

THIS IS A 6+ MONTH CONTRACT POSITION (WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION) WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERS.

We are seeking an experienced SFDC Developer III to join our clients dynamic Salesforce team in Bangalore (Hybrid) . In this role, you will design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions in a large-scale, enterprise environment driving performance, scalability, and seamless integration across multiple systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years on the Salesforce platform .
• Hands-on expertise in Lightning Component Development (LWC/Aura) .
• Proven experience serving as a Technical Lead on at least 12 Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration patterns .
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise ecosystems with multiple system touchpoints.
• Proficiency with Git and familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I or II) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Lead and contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and deliver architectural solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and connected apps.
• Implement and support CI/CD-based deployments for smooth and reliable releases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
