Job Summary:

Were looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with handson experience building, customizing, and optimizing solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning development tasks endtoend, collaborating with crossfunctional teams, and contributing to scalable, wellarchitected solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications and components, using Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
• Own projects from start to finish including planning, scoping, designing, coding, testing and deployment
• Maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, and integrations
• Work with integrated applications such as Pardot, Conga, Groove, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Ringlead, and integrate Salesforce with various products via APIs
• Evaluate and interact with third party tool vendors
• Work closely with senior developers, administrators, and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and colleagues
• Test, debug, and implement software programs, and conduct quality assurance activities like peer reviews to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for software programs and custom features.
• Implement and deploy new features and updates to existing applications and code each release cycle
• Assist in the maintenance of Salesforce applications and resolve routine production support issues.
• Support the administration of Salesforce as needed
• Monitor and maintain systems and ensure data quality
• Learn and apply best practices in Salesforce development and advanced Salesforce tools to support business needs.
• Stay up to date with and utilize modern technologies to solve problems
• Propose ideas to improve processes
• Provide detailed estimates for projects and tasks
• Contribute to technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
• Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3 years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
• Experience with test classes
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Experience completing projects and managing timelines
• Experience in functional and unit testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in coding languages relevant to Salesforce, such as Apex and JavaScript
• Understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform and its capabilities
• Ability to assist in resolving software and application issues
• Knowledge of modern software architecture principles
• Knowledge of coding best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and business partners
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to details. Able to handle multiple priorities with little direction
• Ability to work with a variety of tools and troubleshoot communication issues
• Ability to understand projects from the perspective of both client and business
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
• Demonstrates continued personal and professional development

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Additional certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Javascript Developer
• Experience in other technologies like .NET, HTML, Java, SQL
• Experience in REST and SOAP-based web services
• Experience in ERP and financial systems
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate efforts from start to finish
• Ability to gather and document requirements from customers
