It is a six months program on third party contract and over the course of six months, program participants will work within Salesforce's Technology, Sales, or Customer Success team, receive on-the-job training from Salesforce leaders, and be paired with a mentor to help navigate their career.Overall Experience: 5+ years
Education: Bachelor’s DegreeRequired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of application design and development experience. Have an experience developing and customizing Salesforce.com applications via web services, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Reports, and Dashboards
- 2+ years of working with clients and vendors developing solutions and supporting projects from requirements gathering to release management
- Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications
- Ability to work in an agile development environment and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
• Manage day-to-day development activities on the salesforce.com platform using Apex and Visual Force
• Support the creation of customizations and integrations required for solution delivery
• Configure the Salesforce.com application based on the business requirements
• Develop custom applications using Apex, VisualForce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS
• Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and other developers, to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Create actionable technical documentation based on gathered business requirements
• Assist with scoping and planning of various CRM-related projects and initiativesCertifications
• Certified Salesforce Developer / Administrator is a plus.
