As a Salesforce Data cloud Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. Youll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team. You will require a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, good communication skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Design:
• Develop and maintain data models to support Salesforce applications.
• Design data structures that are scalable, efficient, and secure.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Data Integration & Migration:
• Design and implement data integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems.
• Plan and execute data migration projects, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Manage data transformation and cleansing processes.
• Data Quality & Governance:
• Establish data quality standards and policies within Salesforce.
• Implement data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor data quality and performance to identify and address issues.
• Performance & Optimization:
• Optimize Salesforce data solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze data performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Monitor data usage and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and business needs.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design and implement data solutions.
• Communicate data architecture plans and progress to stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

• Salesforce Experience: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.
• Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data modeling principles and techniques.
• Data Integration: Experience with data integration technologies and tools, such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or other ETL tools.
• Data Migration: Experience with data migration projects, including data mapping, transformation, and loading.
• Data Quality: Understanding of data quality concepts and practices.
• Data Security: Knowledge of data security principles and practices.
• Compliance: Familiarity with relevant data compliance regulations.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
