Salesforce CRM Specialist – CPG / Food & Ingredients ( 5+ years Experience)

Role Summary:

Winfomi is looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Specialist with strong CPG / FMCG / Food & Ingredients domain exposure to support an immediate consulting engagement. This role requires a blend of Salesforce best-practice expertise and real-world industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and optimize Salesforce CRM solutions for CPG / Food / Ingredients businesses

- Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud

- Support route-to-market, distributor management, field sales automation, and TPM

- Collaborate on business process mapping and industry blueprinting

- Exposure to ERP integrations with Salesforce

Required Experience & Skills:

- 5+ years of Salesforce consulting / implementation experience

- Proven exposure to CPG / FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Ingredients domains

- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and solution architecture
