Working at frog means being empowered to meet the moment, and Make Your Mark on every project, in your studio, your community — and the world at large.Your Role Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, experience with customization and configuration, and excellent communication and project management skillsWork with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized Salesforce solutionsConfigure and customize the Salesforce platform, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reportsDevelop and execute test plans and user acceptance testingExperience with Salesforce integrations and APIsFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologiesKnowledge of other CRM platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle CRMDecompose High Level Requirements into Functional Requirements and User Stories.Collaborate with business stakeholders for Requirement validation and documentation.Drives Requirement review and rationalization sessions with architects.Your ProfileEnjoys combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and agile project approaches.Ability to research and analyze Industry reports, Capgemini PoV/White Papers, and industry best practices them for solving Client problem.Degree from a premier institution with business, technical or information technology orientation In-depth understanding and experience ofSalesforce CRM-sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQSales and marketing measurementCustomer Relationship ManagementCustomer Journeys and LifecycleSalesforce Certified in one or more- Admin, Sales cloud, Service cloud or Marketing cloudDemonstrate high reliability, team spirit and a cultural fit for a leading global consulting firm.
