Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development & Customization Subscription Management Billing Salesforce CPQ SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications ensuring optimal performance.Provide expertise in Subscription Management and Billing processes within Salesforce.Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ to streamline the quoting process.Configure and maintain SFDC Sales Cloud to support sales operations.Utilize SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and interface design.Ensure proper SFDC Configuration to align with business needs and compliance standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce analytics.Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure seamless operation.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in SFDC Development & Customization.Have extensive experience in Subscription Management and Billing within Salesforce.Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce CPQ and SFDC Sales Cloud.Show proficiency in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration.Exhibit strong analytical skills and experience in business process improvement.Have excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak).
