About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SFCC Test Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) testing and proven experience in QA team leadership.

Responsibilities

Minimum 89 years of experience in Manual Testing, with strong exposure to software implementation projects.

At least 45 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware testing.

23 years of experience leading QA teams and directly working with client stakeholders.

Experience in Business Manager configurations, including promotions and site settings.

Strong experience in Storefront testing, site settings, and configuration management.

Experience testing multi-market / multi-country deployments.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, or other test management tools.

Strong understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.

Identify risks within the QA team and communicate proactively with stakeholders.

Work closely with internal and external design/testing teams to identify issues and ensure quality delivery.

Manage multi-country SFCC rollout QA teams.

Provide weekly QA status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Track team deliverables, identify risks, and escalate to project stakeholders when required.

Facilitate, mentor, and groom QA team members.

Willing to work 50% as QA Lead and 50% as an Individual Contributor.

Willingness to learn and adopt automation tools related to the project.

Experience working directly with US/UK client stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
