The Client is seeking a Senior / Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). This role is focused on developing solutions using the Salesforce platform to enhance business processes and achieve an improved Optimal Customer Experience (OCR).

As a Lead BSA Analyst, you will work with the business to understand their needs, document technical requirements, and build/manage the product backlog. The ideal candidate views Salesforce as a strategic asset, evangelizes seamless end-to-end processes, and has a passion for learning and continuous improvement. Key Salesforce Products Utilized

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the business to understand their needs, document technical requirements, and build/manage the product backlog.
• Work with the product team in an Agile environment to understand Epic vision, break down features, and prioritize user stories.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points with team members. (These meetings should result in user stories ready to be prioritized into the backlog).
• Work with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to facilitate and document any source-to-target data mappings as required.
• Participate in the identification, quantification, and mitigation of risks and issues.
• Responsible for working with the Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to completing the requirements to the Scrum Master.
• Serve as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, product owners, and team members.
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead other BSAs on a project team.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience using SOQL to create ad-hoc queries and analyze data.
• Experience in Sales and Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft and Copado.
• Experience leading other BSAs on a project team.
