Responsibilities:

• Work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements, by scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements.
• Translates conceptual user/business requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to EBS/SFDC project teams
• Conducts interviews to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Participates in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized. Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to stakeholders, impacted teams and project managers so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Create business process documentation and contribute to the Craftsman knowledgebase
• Collaboratively and independently, build solutions that meet the needs of the business, using declarative functionality.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and relevant tools

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
• 5+ years of experience working in a Salesforce Business Analyst capacity
• Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• CPQ experience
• Consultative, team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit team while also working independently with direction on individual projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong aptitude for learning new systems and processes
• Excellent attention to detail and results oriented
• Persistent, organized and highly motivated
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
