Job Description

• Act as a functional Business Analyst for Salesforce applications
• Support, enhance, and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud business processes
• Perform Salesforce administration and configuration activities
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions
• Coordinate and support manual testing and UAT activities
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing functional support
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support related documentation

Mandatory Skills

Strong Salesforce functional knowledge

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration & Configuration

Good working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Experience in requirement gathering and documentation

Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce experience

Good-to-Have Skills

Manual Testing / UAT experience

End-user training and functional support exposure

Salesforce Reports & Dashboards

Basic understanding of Salesforce Security Model

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
