Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce platform capabilities, requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements using Salesforce capabilities.
• Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions.
• Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
• Assist in UAT planning, testing support, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and platform standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to Salesforce platform.
• Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Experience working in large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with integration concepts and data migration in Salesforce.
