About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to support and enhance Salesforce implementations by translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure Salesforce delivers measurable business value.

• Experience Required: 4 + Years
• Location: Baner, Pune (5 Days WFO)
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and implementations.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
• Create process flows, data models, and wireframes to support solution design.
• Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, QA, and Product teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Support Salesforce configurations from a functional perspective (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports).
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation, defect tracking, and sign-off.
• Assist in release planning, change management, and stakeholder communication .
• Maintain functional documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and training materials.

Qualification & Certification:

• Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator).
• Preferred candidates with prior experience in Automotive or Manufacturing Industry Domain
