About the Role


We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to support multi-cloud Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.


Responsibilities


  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
  • Conduct requirement workshops with Sales, Service, and Digital/Portal stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes.


  • Sales Cloud
  • Analyze requirements related to Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Accounts, Contacts, and CPQ (if applicable).
  • Support automation design for sales processes and approval workflows.


  • Service Cloud
  • Gather requirements for Case Management, SLAs, Entitlements, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Service Console.
  • Define service processes, escalation rules, and reporting needs.


  • Experience Cloud
  • Capture requirements for partner/customer portals.
  • Define user journeys, access models, sharing rules, and experience design inputs.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to clarify requirements.
  • Support integration discussions with external systems (e.g., ERP, marketing tools).
  • Coordinate UAT, prepare test cases, and support defect triage.


  • Reporting & Data
  • Identify reporting and dashboard requirements.
  • Support data mapping, migration requirements, and data validation.


Qualifications


  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Experience Cloud preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects and automation capabilities.
  • Experience writing user stories in Agile environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle.


Required Skills


  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification (good to have).
  • Experience working in multi-system integration environments.


Pay range and compensation package


INR 18 to 25 lakhs
