Description GSPANN is hiring Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Architects to design, implement, and customize B2B e-commerce solutions. Candidates must have strong expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features, OOTB flows, and storefront design.Role and Responsibilities
Provide design and implementation services on projects utilizing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. Document and analyze e-commerce features (B2B), integrations and key business processes. Design, develop, configure and deploy Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud modules and components to specific business needs. Build reports and dashboards, as needed, to gauge project success. Provide training to customers on new implementations and customizations. Effectively manage customer expectations and communicate status updates of projects to various stakeholders, (internal and external) of varying levels of management. Skills and Experience
Solid hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. Salesforce B2B Commerce product knowledge with experience in features like product hierarchy, storefront association, account group, price list, page labels, indexing etc. Expertise in designing responsive storefront buyer experiences. Exceptionally skilled in developing training and delivering training sessions. Customize Salesforce B2B Commerce OOTB (out-of-the-box) flow. Experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce views, models, Pub/Sub, page labels modification as per requirement.
