What we are looking for

Role: Salesforce Architect

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to own the end-to-end architecture, scalability, and governance of Salesforce across the Kenverse ecosystem. This role is pivotal to our platform strategy driving enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that power education, innovation, and community products at scale.

The ideal candidate brings deep architectural expertise, strong hands-on credibility, and the ability to influence product, business, and technology decisions while shaping a future-ready Salesforce landscape. This role requires both strategic architectural vision and the ability to guide complex implementations from concept to scale.

What youll do

Architecture & Platform Strategy

• Own and evolve the Salesforce architecture vision across multiple clouds Sales, Service, Experience, and Education Cloud.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with long-term product and business strategy.
• Define enterprise-level data models, integration architecture, security frameworks, and system boundaries across platforms.
• Architect complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Evaluate and adopt new Salesforce capabilities, releases, and platform innovations to drive measurable business value.
• Provide architectural direction for managed packages, multi-org strategies, shared services, and platform scalability.
• Establish architectural guardrails ensuring consistency across multiple product teams and implementations.

Solution Design & Delivery Oversight

• Translate business and product requirements into robust, extensible Salesforce architectures.
• Guide development of Apex, LWC, Flows, and automation frameworks while ensuring architectural integrity.
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and resilience across all Salesforce implementations.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align Salesforce solutions with long-term platform roadmaps.
• Anticipate scale challenges and proactively design for future growth.

Leadership, Governance & Enablement

• Act as the technical authority for Salesforce across Kenverse and Turbostart initiatives.
• Mentor and guide Salesforce Leads, Developers, and Admins on architecture principles and best practices.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, coding guidelines, security models, and CI/CD processes.
• Lead architectural reviews, design forums, and decision-making for complex implementations.
• Drive governance practices that balance innovation with platform stability.
• Manage technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 1520 years of overall experience, with significant tenure in Salesforce architecture roles on large or complex implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Async Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Integration Patterns, Apex Enterprise Patterns, and API-led architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of Security Architecture Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Models, Shield, and compliance best practices.
• Proven experience designing Education Cloudbased solutions and enterprise-grade Salesforce platforms.
• Experience with MuleSoft, OmniStudio, Agentforce, Data Cloud, or similar ecosystem tools is a strong advantage.
• Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect certification is mandatory; CTA strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Strategic mindset combined with the ability to dive deep when required.
