Job Description
| Role** Salesforce Architect 2 Required Technical Skill Set** § Overall, 10-15 Years of CRM experience § 10+ Years of Implementation experience on Salesforce (Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience cloud etc) § At least 3 full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce § Sound experience in technical design & played Salesforce architect role for 3+ Years § Thorough understanding of salesforce development in the areas of APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, Javascript, SOAP and REST techniques & LWC § Experience in handing migration from legacy system/legacy CRM platform to Salesforce § Experience in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud is MUST 3 No of Requirements** 1 4 Desired Experience Range** 10-15 Years overall with 10+ years of experience in Salesforce 5 Location of Requirement India (Bangalore, Kolkata) Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) § Worked in Salesforce Architect capacity for 3+ Years § Experience with Salesforce APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, Javascript, SOAP and REST techniques, LWC § Worked on Sales, Service, Experience cloud § Sound experience in Integration design Good-to-Have § Salesforces Certifications § Agile Certification SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Provides technical oversight and governance for Salesforce Implementation projects 2 Technical & Functional design sessions on Architecture, Solution, Performance Tuning, Infrastructure and Security Salesforce - Utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Angular, React, and other technologies to architect and build customized solutions 3 Advise and mentor diverse teams, which may include customer and TCS resources providing guidance on application and integration development best practices as well as technical product assistance. 4 Manage the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation, coaching junior members and acting as build master where required 5 Act as a champion in the wider Salesforce partner ecosystem, sharing best practices, lessons learned and time-saving techniques. 6 Contribution in Technical side during pre-sales, proposals with Solution, Estimation & Demo etc. |
