About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, strong problemsolving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Design endtoend Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.

Lead the technical strategy, solution design, and integration approach for complex Salesforce implementations.

Define best practices for development, security, data model design, and platform governance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and admins to deliver high-quality solutions.

Review and guide Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIbased development.

Oversee integration patterns, middleware connections, and external system interactions.

Ensure solution scalability, performance, and platform compliance.

Provide architectural leadership throughout the full SDLCrequirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Mentor Salesforce developers and support team capability growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Salesforce Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)

Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2)

12+ years of handson Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an architect.

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Async APIs).

Proven experience designing scalable data models and application solutions.

Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security, and performance tuning.

Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, etc.).

Agentforce experience is a strong plus.

Experience with OmniStudio, Mulesoft, or any middleware tools.

Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect / System Architect) are an advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Ability to lead crossfunctional teams in a collaborative environment.
