We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join a global Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and drive large-scale CRM and digital transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, agile, and globally distributed environment, closely aligned with business strategy and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own scalable Salesforce architecture aligned with business needs
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and integrations (ERP, marketing automation, etc.)
• Develop data models, workflows, and custom solutions following Salesforce best practices
• Provide technical leadership , mentoring development teams and guiding solution delivery
• Ensure system performance, security, compliance, and governance
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions

Mandatory Screening Criteria (Please review before applying):

• 15+ years of overall experience , with 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce Architect experience (solution/technical architecture roles)
• Strong experience in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud
• 5+ end-to-end Salesforce integrations completed (ERP, third-party systems, APIs)

This role is ideal for professionals who have led large-scale Salesforce implementations, owned architecture decisions, and worked closely with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise CRM solutions.
