Salesforce Application Architect

As a Salesforce Application Architect, you will play a critical role in designing scalable, secure, and innovative CRM solutions that support our enterprise transformation initiatives.

You will lead the architecture of our Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds—while integrating emerging technologies such as Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to deliver intelligent, data-driven customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture and Solution Design

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds.
• Design and optimize CRM workflows, data models, and integrations with external systems.
• Architect solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer profiles, real-time insights, and AI-powered segmentation.
• Integrate Agentforce capabilities to deploy intelligent agents and conversational AI experiences across service and sales channels.
• Create and maintain solution documentation including context diagrams, data flows, and sequence diagrams.

Collaboration and Governance

• Work closely with the Business Transformation team to define and enforce design standards and best practices.
• Provide technical consultation and solution walkthroughs to business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security protocols.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform innovations, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Promote declarative development using Flow, and low-code tools.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and reuse across the CRM landscape.

Qualifications:

Required

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant.
• 3+ years in a Solution Architect, Project Lead, or Lead Business Analyst role.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and workflow automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Integration Cloud (MuleSoft).
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for work and knowledge management.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred

• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist.
• Experience with Pardot, FinancialForce PSA, Salesforce Billing.
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture, ETL processes, and analytics platforms.

Location:

• India – (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
