Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, focusing on Agentforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and configuration, along with a solid understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:
• Build and customize Salesforce Agentforce applications using Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and declarative tools.
• Develop and maintain Agentforce-specific workflows , automation, and UI components.
• Integration:
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Configuration & Customization:
• Configure Salesforce features, including objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes , and security settings .
• Data Management:
• Design and manage data models, write SOQL/SOSL queries , and ensure data integrity.
• Testing & Deployment:
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce DX and version control tools e.g., Git).
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintenance & Support:
• Provide technical support,troubleshooting issues, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Apex , Lightning Web Components , and JavaScript .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Agentforce features and functionalities.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs , integration patterns , and
• Automation components (flow, approval process)
• Prompt Builder
• Basic knowledge in Data cloud
• Platform Knowledge:
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Agentforce modules.
• Familiarity with Omni-Channel , Live Agent , and Agent Console .
• Tools & Best Practices:
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX , CI/CD pipelines , and version control systems .
• Understanding of Governor Limits , bulk processing , and performance optimization .
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce Agentforce Certification
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
