Job Title: Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Security Specialist

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Pan India

Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM (Immediate Joiners)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Security Specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and security configuration. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise-level experience supporting large Salesforce environments and ensuring robust security, governance, and user access management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Salesforce platform for enterprise environments supporting 500+ users.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce security settings, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
• Design and manage profiles, roles, and role hierarchies to control data access and visibility.
• Lead initiatives to migrate profiles to permission sets and permission set groups following modern Salesforce security models.
• Implement and manage user access controls, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Monitor system usage, performance, and security-related activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure secure and scalable solutions.
• Support user onboarding, role assignments, and ongoing access reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security, access, and configuration issues within Salesforce.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Experience supporting large enterprise Salesforce environments (500+ users preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Proven experience in configuring profiles and role hierarchies.
• Hands-on experience in migrating profiles to permission sets.
• Good understanding of Salesforce governance and access control best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Shield Encryption.
• Experience with Event Monitoring for security and compliance tracking.
