Your New Role:
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of one or more software solutions within the Salesforce domain. This includes creating and prioritizing product and business requirements and working closely with business and technology teams to ensure business stakeholder and end user satisfaction goals are met. He or she will create and develop requirements and concepts for product enhancements in support of business and technology needs. This position provides a wide variety of services to our business users including business analysis and quality assurance, in support of strategic and tactical planning of systems features / functionality as well as day to day business operations.
Your Role Accountabilities:
BUSINESS ANALYSIS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Analyze and prioritize business requirements, creating detailed functional designs that align with business goals and technological capabilities.
Develop user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, capturing detailed requirements for enhancements and new functionalities.
Work closely with IT stakeholders to understand specs, system communications and design flows to integrate other WBD applications with Salesforce
Develop and customize applications on Salesforce Force.com platform with Apex & Visualforce and develop Restful APIs & SOAP APIs for complex integration with external enterprise application
Executing configuration, support, maintenance, improvement, Deployments, release, security, and development of our Salesforce sales cloud platform
Serving as primary system administrator for the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment with 100+ users
Acting as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution.
Ensure compliance with WBD’s Software Development Lifecycle documentation and mandated compliance requirements for all application changes/upgrades
Manage the backlog of user stories and product enhancements, prioritizing based on business impact.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, identifying how new features and capabilities can be leveraged within the organization.
QUALITY ACCEPTANCE/TRAINING
Facilitate the implementation and acceptance of new functionalities through detailed planning and rigorous testing.
Prepare and document requirements, project plans, test plans, and training materials.
Train business users across multiple departments, improving adoption and understanding of the Salesforce platform.
BUSINESS SUPPORT
Provide ongoing support and system enhancements to continually meet business needs.
Deliver support to end users in the organization on how to use the software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. This includes troubleshooting systems and software for internal customers, such as operations, development, and business units
Handling basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Qualifications & Experiences:
3-5 years of prior experience in a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms and ecosystem.
Experience as a Salesforce.com administrator, developer or consultant;
Experience in CI/CD technologies related to Salesforce development;
Experience in working in an agile environment across multiple projects Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Advanced English
Broad knowledge and experience in the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce Sales cloud platform, all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support, business processes and systems integration
Above average skills in data management and data analysis
Broad knowledge and experience in Force.com (http://force.com/) (Apex and Visualforce), Java and Lightning. Expert knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns such as MVC. Extensive experience with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Extensive experience with JavaScript (JS). Enterprise system integration background w/ Web Services. Understanding of Web 2.0 techniques and standards (SOAP and REST). Expertise in design of complex data models and relational database languages (SQL or SOQL)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in documenting workflows and project outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work independently under minimal supervision
Not Required but preferred experience:
Knowledge of integration between Salesforce and other business systems.
Certification as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst
