Job Description
Candidate should have
Ability to communicate effectively with C-Level executives
Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Experience with UAT and end-user training
5-10 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator role required
Highly proficient in declarative tools - process builder, workflows, etc.
The candidate must be able to
Confidently act as a key functional resource for an agile project team, with the ability to work on 2 or more projects concurrently
Question around and offer solutions to business issues by translating business to technical requirements in an efficient manner
Stay current on new features of the application to ensure the company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
Act as a key point of contact for SFDC requirements and functionality
