Salesforce Administrator

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipeline design.
• Deep expertise in Gearset for deployment automation and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
• Experience with Salesforce metadata management and source-driven development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative SDLC environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and integrations.
• Understanding of automated testing frameworks and code coverage requirements.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
