Salesforce Administrator with CPQ Expertise

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce CPQ platform to streamline sales processes and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize CPQ to meet business requirements.
• Manage user profiles, roles, security settings, and access controls.
• Implement and optimize CPQ processes, workflows, approvals, and document generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into CPQ solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the Salesforce platform.
• Coordinate with extended teams to manage integrations between Salesforce and other revenue/data systems.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Required Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and related functionalities.
• Proficiency in CPQ-related processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Product Master Data Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
