Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented sales leader with a strong background in client acquisition, business development, and key account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and build long-term client partnerships.

Key Expectations

Lead domestic IT staffing and project/services sales initiatives

Drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts

Own and manage RFPs, proposals, and SOW-based engagements

Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships

Collaborate closely with delivery and leadership teams to ensure successful execution

Consistently meet and exceed revenue and growth targets
