We are looking for people who can talk to travellers like humans, not scripts.

The role

As a Sales and Traveller Wizard or Wizard in Training, you will help travellers move from curiosity to confidence.

Both roles work directly under the founder with real ownership and fast learning.

Who we are looking for

• You may be a good fit if you enjoy genuine conversations with people.
• You know when someone needs information and when they need reassurance.
• You can read hesitation and excitement over chats or calls.
• You make WhatsApp conversations feel natural, not transactional.
• You understand that travel decisions are emotional before they are logical.

This role is not for you

• if you rely on scripts, dislike follow ups, or treat people as leads instead of travellers.

What you will do

• Speak with interested travellers and help them decide with clarity.
• Understand what someone truly wants from a trip and guide them accordingly.
• Keep conversations warm, honest, and pressure free.
• Build trust so booking feels like a natural next step.
• Help turn travellers into a returning community.

What we offer

• Base pay INR 8000 to 12000 depending on role and experience.
