Position Overview
The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing
comprehensive training programs to strengthen the sales capabilities of the Enterprise
Business Division. This role will ensure that sales teams across the assigned regions are
equipped with the necessary skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies
to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute a structured training framework aligned with organizational
objectives and enterprise business priorities.
Design and customize training modules to address regional market requirements and
customer expectations.
Conduct induction programs for new sales employees to ensure smooth onboarding and
alignment with organizational culture.
Deliver ongoing training workshops, simulations, and role-play exercises to enhance
consultative selling, negotiation, and solution-selling skills.
Facilitate product and solution knowledge sessions in collaboration with product and
marketing teams.
Partner with sales leadership and HR team to identify skill gaps and design targeted
training interventions for productivity improvement.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using defined KPIs such as sales productivity,
conversion ratios, and revenue growth.
Provide coaching and mentoring support to frontline sales managers to strengthen
leadership capabilities.
Collaborate with HR, product, and marketing teams to ensure training content remains
relevant, updated, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Support HR in driving sales recruitment initiatives in the region, including onboarding of
fresh graduates, and ensure their development and alignment with organizational
requirements.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and evolving sales methodologies to
continuously improve training strategies.
Conduct regular on-field training sessions in addition to classroom programs to reinforce
practical application of skills.
Implement evaluation mechanisms for product knowledge through periodic testing to
ensure sales teams remain proficient and confident in solution delivery.
Track pre- and post-training productivity metrics to measure impact and refine training
interventions for maximum effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Any Graduate, preferably MBA - Marketing
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales training, preferably within
Telecom enterprise business environment
Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and customer
relationship management.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region
