Job Title: Sales Training Manager

Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Sales Head

CTC: Upto Rs 8 LPA



Role Description

Were looking for a dynamic Retail Trainer to drive learning and development across our growing eyewear brand MacV (Quiosco Retail India Pvt. Ltd.). In this role, youll be responsible for building retail excellence by delivering impactful training programs to front-line teams, with a focus on sales performance, customer experience, product knowledge , and operational efficiency across both offline retail stores and online support teams .


  • Design and deliver training programs focused on:
  • Product knowledge (Eyewear, Accessories)
  • Customer service & experience
  • Sales techniques and upselling
  • SOPs, visual merchandising, and store operations
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Support new store openings and new hire onboarding with structured training rollouts.
  • Regularly assess training effectiveness through assessments, on-floor observation, and performance metrics.
  • Develop digital training content (videos, decks, quizzes) for scalable learning.
  • Track and maintain training MIS: attendance, completion rates, feedback, and post-training performance.
  • Stay updated on eyewear trends, customer behavior insights, and retail innovations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, eyewear, fashion, lifestyle , or e-commerce .
  • Strong communication and presentation skillsboth in-person and virtual.
  • Hands-on experience with retail operations, customer handling, and POS systems is a plus.
  • Comfort with virtual training tools , LMS platforms, and digital content creation.
  • Ability to connect with store teams and drive motivation and accountability.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
